Senior Functional Business Analyst - SAP PP/PM

Role Description The Senior Functional Business Analyst – SAP PP/PM will serve as a key link between Global IT and the Business, driving the identification, design, and delivery of SAP PP/PM solutions. This role supports strategic projects, AMS activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and global template governance. The analyst will be responsible for SAP configuration, process design, functional specifications, and cross-team collaboration throughout the full project lifecycle. - Act as the functional lead for SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream modules such as MM, QM, WM, and FI/CO. - Support end-to-end Plan-to-Stock (P2S) processes, including logistics, production execution, maintenance, quality, warehouse, costing, and reporting. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized SAP solutions. - Perform SAP system configuration, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Prepare key documentation including functional specifications, solution proposals, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation. - Support all phases of projects—from requirements gathering through go‑live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer to end users. - Ensure compliance with global design principles, technical architecture, audit standards, and change management processes. - Provide day to day support for AMS activities, enhancements, and continuous improvements. - Troubleshoot process and system issues, including debugging and root-cause analysis. - Support integration initiatives, especially SAP–MES and third party system integrations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP and SAP PM, including cross module interactions. - Deep understanding of Plan-to-Stock process flows across Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Costing. - Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems, especially MES. - Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation standards. - Ability to collaborate effectively with global and offshore teams. - Advanced English Requirements - Experience on SAP migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA (nice to have) - SAP Academy certification (nice to have) Soft Skills - Leadership skills - Sense of Ownership - Ability to communicate and collaborate across systems and business teams - Experience operating in a global SAP environment including collaboration with international teams and offshore models is preferred Additional Information - Local: Remote - Time: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
