Role Description Ascend Wellness Holdings ("AWH") is seeking a growth-minded and results-driven Vice President, eCommerce to shape the future of Ascend's digital commerce experience. This leader will define and execute the strategy behind a best-in-class omnichannel platform that unites our retail stores, brand portfolio, and digital ecosystem, delivering seamless experiences that drive meaningful, measurable growth. The VP, eCommerce will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform, deepening customer connection, and elevating how we engage across every touchpoint. Role Description The Director, Tax plays a key role in ensuring compliance, driving tax efficiency, and supporting complex business initiatives across a multi-state footprint. This position will collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams and serve as the company's in-house subject matter expert on tax compliance and reporting. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, ideal for a technically strong tax professional who thrives in an evolving, growth-oriented environment. The Role The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the commercialization process for Ascend Wellness Holdings' product portfolio from innovation pipeline and initiation, to launch marketing support plans, and post-mortem review, as well as other key cross-functional and marketing-specific projects. As a Project Manager, you will lead teams to deliver projects that span across multiple business units - including a dual portfolio of product category innovation initiatives and regional market expansion projects - and ensure successful and on-time project delivery. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of your projects, including managing resources, schedules, financials, issues & risks, and for the adherence to stage-gate principles. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives to improve project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience working in fast-paced, visible roles with a focus on process execution, impeccable communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work within deadlines and budgets. Your ability to coordinate across departments, partner with various levels of stakeholders, and properly leverage the talents of many employees is paramount. Role Description As our Human Resources Manager (Retail), you'll be the driving force behind our mission to provide top-notch service, outstanding products, and exceptional experience for both our valued customers and dedicated employees. - Lead a diverse team of dispensary professionals - Onboard, train, and manage performance strategies - Propel our brand to new heights while maintaining each dispensary's unique charm and local flair - Report directly to the Director, Retail Human Resources - This is a remote position; candidates must reside in either New Jersey or Massachusetts - Requires up to 50% travel between dispensary locations in both states Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related fields - 5+ years HR leadership experience in a multi-site retail or manufacturing environment - Certifications from Human Resources professional organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management, HR Certification Institute, or WorldatWork are a plus - Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships at all levels including Senior Executives - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus; ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate at all levels - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel - Experience coaching and developing staff and leadership - High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability - Adept at working in a cross-functional environment in a highly collaborative manner - Extremely organized and able to conceptualize solutions when faced with complex challenges - Reliable transportation and ability to travel approximately 50% Requirements - Provide expert consultation to assigned customer organizations and make recommendations on key HR strategies, initiatives, issues, and programs - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address a variety of topics such as business and workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development - Collaborate with other HR professionals and line managers to develop effective solutions and strategies to support key objectives - Counsel assigned customer organizations on interpretation and application of relevant policies and regulations for situation-specific issues - Facilitate resolution of HR concerns and advise on alternative approaches to resolving issues and opportunities for improvement - Support and/or lead basic HR process improvements and HR projects, with effective change management principles - Provide thoughtful and tactful communications with the utmost of diplomacy, treating others with dignity and respect, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality - Partner with VP of Human Resources as needed on union matters - Other duties as assigned Company Description Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is a vertically integrated cannabis cultivator, processor, and provisioning center operator with assets in Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
