Role Description Development Managers (DM) are responsible for partnering closely with their Executive Directors (ED) and community volunteer leaders to support and execute an annual plan of work that addresses the needs of the arthritis community in their assigned market(s) including revenue generation, special event fundraising, and mission outreach. Role Description The Regional Development Director will implement, coordinate and manage assigned fundraising events (4-6 events annually) within the assigned Region to attain and exceed financial goals. The Regional Development Director will also solicit, train and empower an effective volunteer base of community leaders to take the lead in meeting financial goals.
