Role Description We are seeking a motivated and driven Civil Engineer to join our LATAM team. The ideal candidates will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects and services in our team-oriented environment. - Under supervision and in collaboration with experienced staff, support the preparation of civil engineering designs and construction documents, including plans, specifications, technical calculations, exhibits, and reports. - Assist in grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management design tasks. - Prepare civil design documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical memoranda. - Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop construction drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts. - Support the civil design of solar plants, substations, and high-voltage systems for renewable energy projects. - Assist in evaluating design alternatives to address regulatory requirements, site constraints, and constructability considerations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure coordination and quality in civil infrastructure design. Qualifications - B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering B.S. - 2+ years of experience. - Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills. - English proficiency is a plus.
