Job Description
Principal Engineer, Transmission Line
ANS
• Provide strong leadership, overseeing team management, staffing, planning, training, and resource development to ensure the successful execution of projects. • Drive the delivery of substation projects ensuring they meet quality standards and client specific requirements. • Establish and communicate short- and long-term goals, with clear KPIs to guide performance and project success. • Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure project execution to support company goals. • Collaborate with other departments driving excellence in the overall execution and client experience at ANS. • Stay open to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working; challenge the status quo, explore innovative solutions, and seek improvements to drive progress and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering BS degree. Preference to Power specific programs.
- Professional Engineer License
- 7+ years of experience in transmission line design and engineering.
- Ability to Travel 25%+ and hold a Passport
- Not Required but Bonus Points for: Being fluent in Spanish
