In TCG, reputation is everything. You’ll become the go-to person that serious collectors—from kitchen table players to tournament grinders to whale investors—want to consign with, buy from, and sell to. • Shape product. Strategic Finance Manager

• Own the monthly burn forecast and maintain a <5% variance as we drive toward our June 30th net-zero target. • Develop and enforce ROI-based "Capacity Models" for every department to ensure headcount growth is strictly tied to revenue milestones. • Act as the internal lead on vendor management, auditing SaaS and hardware spend to identify and eliminate "Software Bloat" • Build and maintain the sophisticated financial models required to defend a tech-marketplace valuation (LTV/CAC, GMV Sensitivity, and Auction Take-Rate). • Lead the financial modeling and due diligence required to secure a new Venture Debt line and prepare the company for a successful Series C. • Translate complex internal data into clear financial narratives for the Board and prospective investors. • Take immediate ownership of the 2024 audit, resolving historical bottlenecks and ensuring the company is 100% "Due Diligence Ready." • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to automate financial reporting and ensure data consistency across the platform. • Evaluate financial exposure and implement the necessary internal controls to scale to 100+ employees. • Partner with our CEO and department heads to evaluate the ROI of new auction categories and marketplace initiatives. • Develop capital allocation frameworks to ensure every dollar spent maximizes marketplace GMV and long-term valuation.
Senior Data Scientist – Pricing & Underwriting

• Research, develop, and ship sophisticated pricing models (e.g. Tree-based, Gradient-based, Deep Learning, ensemble methods) to improve valuation accuracy for high-value assets. • Identify new data signals — emanating from data such as auction results to social sentiment — and validate their predictive power through rigorous backtesting and experimentation. • Partner with the Product Engineering team to refine our Risk & Underwriting models, balancing the goal of maximizing cash advances with the need to maintain a balanced lending portfolio. • Collaborate with the Expert Pricing team and domain experts to encode market nuances into automated features and inferences, ensuring our models respect the qualitative factors collectors care about. • Define, monitor, and lift model performance metrics and communicate the "why" behind price coverage, movements, and freshness toward becoming the ultimate liquidity platform.
