• Responsible for small to mid-size provider recruitment and contracting activities for physicians, physician groups and facilities. • Develop and negotiate contracts. • Develop and maintain relationships with providers. • Ensure strategic coverage for assigned territory. • Responsible for education of providers and for ongoing provider service. • May be responsible for or assist with contracting or supporting services large or complex groups/facilities. • Coordinating and negotiating Single Case Agreements (SCAs).

• Help turn data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making • Evaluate network performance and provider accessibility across different markets and client groups • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards that support both prospective and existing clients

• Provide critical support for reporting, analytics, and admin support across Documentation Excellence and HIM. • Align with organizational priorities focused on data-driven decision-making and workflow optimization. • Focus on reporting, project management, and post-implementation support. • Lead, manage and/or participate in all related management aspects of assigned project(s). • Ensure that project-related training and quality assurance requirements are assessed and implemented. • Oversee internal consulting projects to provide timely, accurate and compliant recommendations to management. • Manage audits; oversee training and implementation; develop and maintain processes with strict adherence to timeframes.
