Job Requirements
- BS and/or an MS/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical discipline. Specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for an advanced degree;
- Minimum 5 years of consecutive experience as a Project Manager;
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and follow SOX compliance;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- 2 years of experience in ERP project management.

Role Description Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Project Control Analyst. The Project Control Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and financial management of our projects. This individual will work collaboratively with the Senior Project Control Analyst, project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to monitor project performance, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. - Equivalent experience: 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a high school diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in Program Control, Contract Administration, or related roles. - Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint, IBM TM1, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. - Lean-in personality and able to be a self-starter and able to get things done.
