Role Description Aivar Innovations is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own strategic enterprise relationships and revenue growth across North America, with a focus on Financial Services & Life Sciences customers. You will own end-to-end client relationship management and revenue growth for key accounts across North America. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction while driving upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnerships for Aivar’s AI, data, and cloud services. - Own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in FSI & Life Sciences firms, acting as the primary contact for all commercial and relationship matters. - Build deep understanding of each client’s business, stakeholders, and technology landscape to identify growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities. - Own account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning internal teams to deliver on agreed outcomes. - Coordinate with solution architects, delivery, and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and proactive issue resolution. - Work closely with AWS teams on joint opportunities. - Drive renewals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with commercial terms and payment schedules. - Track and report key account metrics (revenue, NPS/CSAT, pipeline, risks) and present updates to sales leadership. Qualifications - 8+ years of account management / enterprise sales / client partner experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting background. - Direct experience managing or selling into Financial Services, Life Sciences, organizations in North America. - Demonstrated success in owning revenue, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell targets for mid-market or enterprise accounts. - Experience working with technology or digital transformation offerings (cloud, data/analytics, AI/ML preferred). Role Description The Solution Architect will lead end-to-end design of secure, scalable cloud and AI solutions, with a strong focus on multi-cloud, data, and security for enterprise and regulated customers across North America. The role combines architecture leadership, presales ownership, and delivery governance to accelerate digital and AI transformation across government, BFSI, telecom, and large enterprises. Key Responsibilities - Lead customer discovery, requirement analysis, and translate business objectives into target cloud, data, AI, and integration architectures and roadmaps. - Design secure, scalable architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid environments, including landing zones, networking, security, observability, and cost-optimized infrastructure. - Architect AI, MLOps and data platforms (e.g. Bedrock, SageMaker, Databricks) for analytics, GenAI, and automation use cases, aligned with regulatory and data residency requirements in the GCC. - Own the presales solution lifecycle: solutioning, sizing, TCO/ROI modeling, bid responses, RFP compliance, technical proposals, and executive presentations. - Define and implement governance, security-by-design and compliance-by-design controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR/PDPL and sector regulations. - Create high-level and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation covering integration, APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and data flows. - Collaborate with product, security, PMO, delivery and managed services teams to ensure smooth handover, quality execution, and adherence to architecture guardrails. - Engage and coordinate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners to build joint solutions, POCs, and GTM motions for AI, security, and cloud modernization offerings. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution and cloud architects, promoting best practices in DevSecOps, IaC, automation, and FinOps. - Monitor emerging technologies (GenAI, container platforms, zero trust, observability, AI governance) and incorporate them into enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.
