• Organize and administer training sessions and onboarding days • Contribute to conceptual initiatives in People Development • Maintain and update the HR intranet • Apply modern trends and technologies in HR, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence

• Support in the operational day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, particularly for onboarding, offboarding and contract changes (part-time arrangements, parental leave, sabbaticals, etc.) • Maintenance of employee master data and digital personnel files in Personio • Creation and maintenance of HR documents, templates, checklists and reports • Maintenance and updates of the HR intranet • Support with payroll-related processes, e.g., maintaining absence and time-tracking data • Support for employee benefits, bonus and salary rounds, and modern HR technologies such as artificial intelligence

Einladungen, digitale Screens) • Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts (CI/CD) • Unterstützung bei Monitoring und Analyse von Kampagnen- und Event-Performance (z.B. Teilnehmerzahlen, Engagement, Reichweite) • Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung von Events und Kampagnen

• Support for internal communication initiatives • Assist in the conception, creation and maintenance of content and pages in SharePoint in coordination with the relevant departments • Participate in the analysis and continuous development of internal communication formats • Create content, graphics and visual assets • Ensure a consistent brand presence and adherence to CI/CD (corporate identity/design) • Support the design, maintenance and further development of the AdEx Partners website • Contribute to the implementation of SEO and GEO optimization measures

• Support in designing, maintaining and further developing the AdEx Partners website, including content and structural optimizations • Contribute to the implementation of SEO and GEO optimization measures • Plan, create and publish target-group–oriented content for LinkedIn • Analyze and prepare performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement) and derive initial optimization suggestions • Create content, graphics and visual assets • Ensure a consistent brand presence (CI/CD) • Support the marketing team with ongoing projects in communication and digital media
