Role Description Above Lending is seeking a passionate, high-performing, driven, and creative Recruiter to support our hiring goals as we continue to grow and scale to meet business demands. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in recruiting high-caliber talent across high-volume hourly remote loan sales and customer service roles. This individual will deliver results-oriented recruiting support, partner closely with hiring managers, and create exceptional candidate experiences that set us apart in the market. This position will begin as a contract assignment and may be re-evaluated based on business needs. You Will: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across remote hourly sales and customer service roles. - Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers by developing recruitment action plans and understanding workforce needs. - Source candidates through job boards, referrals, web applications, and creative sourcing channels. - Conduct high-volume video screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - Coordinate and schedule hiring manager interviews. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating quickly, effectively, and professionally throughout the hiring process. - Manage candidate pipelines and multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining recruiting metrics and hiring activity tracking. - Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, offer administration, and start-date logistics. - Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals and urgent staffing needs. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, staffing, startup, or high-growth environment. - Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and/or call center staffing. - Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience building recruitment processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement. - Strong sense of urgency, execution, and accountability with exceptional organizational skills. - Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; Lever experience strongly preferred. - Proficiency with recruiting and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and similar platforms. - General understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices. • Assess clients’ financial needs, educate them on available loan products and facilitate the loan application. • Engage with clients to ensure they understand the value of our product • Collaborate with verification teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management • Effectively organize and manage workload without constant supervision; maintain focus and productivity independently • Effective pipeline management which requires monitoring and tracking leads through each stage of the process • Manage both inbound and outbound calls

• There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. Our clients are already enrolled in our program. • You’ll be expected to quickly build excitement and establish trust with clients over the phone • Gather information from clients and our systems to provide to lending agents • Transfer interested clients to lending agents for further assistance • Continuously support and contribute to our energetic team of business development enthusiasts

• Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine the best course of action for resolution. • Contact clients via phone and email to discuss their accounts and provide solutions for repayment and long term goals. • Negotiate repayment plans with clients in a professional and empathetic manner. • Document all interactions and agreements with clients in the company’s system accurately and promptly. • Conduct skip tracing activities to locate hard-to-reach or unresponsive customers using various investigative tools and techniques. • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed-upon payment plans. • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Customer Service and Special Handling, to resolve complex account issues. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to account resolution. • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the resolution process. • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the Operations Manager when necessary. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and updates.

• Assist customers with inquiries, account navigation, payments, and account changes via phone or email. • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them promptly and accurately. • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively. • Multitask efficiently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and account details. • Follow instructions and company policies diligently to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions. • Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements and maintain high-quality customer support. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes. • Drive company goals and objectives in every customer interaction.
