These partnerships extend beyond consulting engagements to include ongoing operational support, technology deployment, analytics, and managed services across multiple functional areas. The Vice President of District Services is a senior executive responsible for leading implementation-oriented client partnerships that combine critical relationship management, operational support, analytics, technology deployment, and managed services. This role ensures that as district engagements evolve, 4MATIV’s services remain coordinated, coherent, and aligned to district priorities and long-term goals This role requires a leader who can operate credibly with Superintendents, COOs, and Department Directors while also driving execution across cross-functional internal teams and within complex district environments. The VP of District Services will act as a stand-in for the CEO and senior leadership in client-facing settings, while ensuring that 4MATIV’s full suite of services—consulting, analytics, technology, and managed operations—are delivered in an integrated, high-quality, and scalable manner. This individual will report directly to the CEO and play a central role in retaining and expanding existing district partnerships, support the expansion of engagements from advisement into implementation with ongoing district services, ensuring continuity of strategy and client partnership, and supporting the continued growth of 4MATIV’s district services portfolio.
