• Operate and support environments in AWS and Azure (focus on EKS). • Execute and track GMUDs (change management) in production. • Monitor environments and respond to incidents and alerts. • Perform troubleshooting on Kubernetes clusters (EKS). • Participate in on-call shifts and war rooms. • Ensure safe execution of deployments, changes, and rollbacks. • Support development teams with infrastructure requests. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend improvements. • Manage logs, metrics, and observability. • Automate operational routines.

• Operate managed services: AWS: RDS, Aurora, Redshift • Azure: Azure SQL Database, Azure Managed Instance, Cosmos DB • Actively monitor production environments, identifying performance degradation and availability risks • Work on an on-call rotation (mandatory) • Incidents & Support: Respond to incidents, performing rapid analysis, mitigation and resolution • Perform troubleshooting for performance issues, replication failures and outages • Lead and support root cause analyses (RCA) • Changes & Governance: Implement production changes via GMUD (Change Management), ensure safe execution of deployments and changes, traceability and compliance, and support rollbacks and contingency plans • Performance & Reliability: Perform query tuning, index adjustments, targeted optimizations, ensure valid and tested backups, recovery strategies (restore, failover), and support continuous improvements to environment stability • Security & Access: Manage database access (IAM, RBAC), permissions and credentials, ensuring compliance with internal policies and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law)

• Gather, document, and analyze system requirements with clients and project managers • Collaborate with partners like Booking and Ratehawk to integrate travel APIs into booking systems, back-office platforms, mobile apps, and more • Translate business needs into technical specs aligned with project goals • Work with developers, designers, and project managers to define clear requirements • Assist in designing scalable, efficient system architectures • Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and relevant documentation • Work in an agile environment
