• Acting as the product subject-matter expert for the Portfolio Management section of LeasingOS, and delivering training and walkthroughs that help brokers adopt and get value from it • Conducting detailed quality review of abstracted lease data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain a high standard of accuracy and service • Supporting the lease abstraction process by serving as a point of contact for our offshore abstraction team, resolving their questions to keep delivery moving smoothly • Resolving recurring user queries through our support channels, providing consistent, professional and timely responses • Managing broker expectations on abstraction timelines, handling time-sensitive conversations with professionalism and care • Supporting stakeholder communication on topics including pricing and product vision
