If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. How we work - High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. - Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. - AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. - Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. - Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. Benefits & Total Rewards - Own global benefits strategy across a distributed workforce. - Balance standardisation with regional relevance. - Ensure benefits are competitive in frontier talent markets while remaining operationally scalable. What We’re Looking For Experience - 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards, ideally in high-growth technology companies that operate across multiple countries - Ownership of equity programs - Strong track record of building compensation systems that scale - Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems - Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments Skills & Attributes - First-principles thinker: approach problems without bias - Hands-on builder: comfortable designing systems from scratch - Strong analytical skills: the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations - Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions in complex, fast-moving environments - Excellent communication skills - High standards and high ownership
