Role Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager with experience working in a marketing or creative agency. In this role, you will manage client relationships while coordinating marketing projects from planning through completion. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, communicate project updates, organize deliverables, and work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with clients, managing multiple projects, and taking ownership of deadlines and results. - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. - Understand each client’s business, goals, priorities, and project requirements. - Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables from start to finish. - Create project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines. - Work closely with marketing, creative, advertising, and other internal teams. - Make sure client requests and project instructions are clearly communicated. - Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, feedback, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and identify possible delays or issues. - Provide clients with regular updates on project status, results, and next steps. - Monitor account performance and recommend ways to improve client outcomes. - Manage client expectations and resolve concerns professionally. - Maintain accurate project records, meeting notes, and client communications. - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Qualifications - At least 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Client Services Manager, or in a similar client-facing role. - Experience working in a marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is required. - Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, creative projects, and client deliverables. - Strong client communication and relationship-management skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Able to manage multiple client accounts and projects at the same time. - Comfortable following up with clients and internal team members. - Able to manage deadlines and solve problems before they affect project delivery. - Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to take ownership of assigned accounts. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Available to work full-time during EST hours. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with North American or international clients. - Familiarity with social media, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, or website projects. - Experience using project-management and communication tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms. - Experience preparing client reports, presentations, and campaign updates.
