• Drive the expansion and market share of Nx Witness Enterprise across Brazil. • Hunt for and close net-new enterprise business opportunities in Brazil, establishing the Nx Witness Enterprise SaaS subscription model as the standard choice for new deployments. • Identify, onboard, and train a new wave of regional distributors, MSPs, and integrators capable of selling and managing recurring subscription portfolios via Nx Connect. • Own and exceed sales targets in the Brazilian territory, specifically measured by Net-New Annual Recurring Revenue and subscription-based camera feed activations. • Deliver highly engaging product presentations and deep-dive technical demonstrations highlighting enterprise capabilities like the Organizational Layer, Nx Maps (GIS), and Advanced AI integration via Nx AI Manager. • Build a comprehensive territory action plan for Brazil to systematically target high-growth verticals (e.g., retail, smart cities, logistics) that thrive on flexible SaaS pricing models. • Act as the face of Nx Witness SaaS in Brazil by attending local security trade shows, conducting localized webinars, and driving community engagement. • Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close, ensuring accurate documentation and forecasting within the CRM.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Video Management Systems (VMS), IP surveillance, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong existing relationships with system integrators and enterprise buyers within the Brazilian sector.
- Understanding of Cloud/SaaS licensing mechanics and recurring billing structures.
- Solid grasp of modern VMS structures, IP networking fundamentals, and computer vision/AI video analytics.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual presentation tools.
- Thorough understanding of the Brazilian security market landscape, local competitor offerings, and commercial purchasing habits.
- Fluent in Portuguese (native level) and highly proficient in English for corporate reporting and collaboration with LATAM leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical industry experience.
