The Opportunity At UserTesting, we help organizations make customer-first decisions with confidence. As a Pricing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting accurate, timely, and commercially sound pricing and feasibility for our customers. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, assess feasibility, prepare pricing proposals, and ensure estimates are delivered on time and within budget. Acting as a trusted internal partner, you’ll balance customer needs, operational requirements, and commercial guidelines—helping our teams deliver high-quality research experiences at scale. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role where strong communication, organization, and commercial awareness make a real impact. Responsibilities - Consult with internal teams to understand business objectives and participant recruitment needs - Evaluate project scope and identify appropriate suppliers to meet sampling requirements - Review pricing and apply approved margins in line with company guidelines - Prepare clear, accurate feasibility assessments and pricing documentation for internal stakeholders - Provide proactive updates throughout the estimate process to ensure alignment and transparency - Ensure pricing estimates and related deliverables are completed on time and within budget - Develop expertise in internal credit consumption reporting and support operational teams with related inquiries - Manage scope changes through structured change orders or phased delivery approaches - Maintain consistent day-to-day communication with stakeholders and support Project Managers as needed - Stay up to date on new product offerings and enhancements and understand their impact on pricing and feasibility - Ensure all work adheres to data privacy, security, and compliance standards The Requirements - 2+ years of experience in recruitment feasibility, pricing, sampling, fieldwork management, or related roles within market research, UX/CX, digital marketing, or complex project environments - Knowledge of the Market Research, Panel, or UX/CX industry - Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information and manage stakeholder expectations - Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal and/or external customers - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset - Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Monday.com, and Google Workspace (preferred) - BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Don’t meet every single requirement but excited about the role? The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
