• Neo4j Technical Onboarding Engineers play a critical role in supporting our enterprise customers early in their journey to ensure the absolute success of their architectural foundations. • As a Technical Onboarding Engineer, you will bridge the gap between a signed contract and a production-ready ecosystem. • You will serve as the trusted technical advisor, leading new customers through critical infrastructure milestones—including cloud provisioning, security hardening, networking, data modelling, and application integration. • Sitting at the heart of our customer-first culture, you will shape tailored onboarding blueprints, orchestrate complex delivery workstreams, and guarantee a predictable, accelerated time‑to‑value.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Onboarding Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or Technical Consulting).
- Hands-on experience with production workloads in at least one major cloud provider ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Deep technical proficiency in core networking infrastructure, including VPC/VNet architectures, routing protocols, peering, and PrivateLink/Private Endpoints.
- Hands-on experience and technical proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Proven track record implementing Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO (OIDC/SAML) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
