Role Description We are seeking an experienced cross-functional Program Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives as part of the Corporate Transformation Office. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for driving enterprise programs from planning through adoption and value realization. - Act as the hands-on program leader for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business value - Drive enterprise-wide profitability initiatives by leading programs that enhance AI-enabled operating efficiencies and business outcomes - Drive revenue growth programs collaborating with sales and partner operations and GTM leadership - Support launching of enterprise storage, hybrid cloud and AI products and solution portfolio offerings through disciplined program planning and execution - Develop, define, and manage end-to-end program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics - Drive execution in a highly matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Support, and Services - Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; develop mitigation plans; and escalate issues as appropriate - Ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively through clear structure, cadence, accountability and decision-making frameworks - Partner with executive leadership in setting KPIs; track outcomes, and report progress against defined successes metrics - Create and maintain program documentation, dashboards, reporting, and executive updates Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or associated fields - 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives - Demonstrated ability to influence and manage change with executives across functions - Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and influence stakeholders, to drive projects to completion - Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail - Proven experience designing and implementing processes that scale - Exceptional communications skills - Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment - Deep analytic skills, the ability to home in on key data, derive and communicate insights - Comfort operating in ambiguity and change in fast-paced environments Requirements - Experience supporting large scale enterprise transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives (nice-to-have) - Exposure to hybrid cloud data storage, AI value chain, data platforms, or large-scale technology programs (nice-to-have) - PMP, SAFe, or similar project/program management certifications (nice-to-have) Benefits - Industry-leading benefits, support, and services that look after your holistic health and wellbeing - Flexible arrangements that work for you (role and location dependent) - Opportunities for autonomy, freedom, and ownership
