Role Description QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Analyst, ICIDS Site Lead to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) contract. This position is a remote position with 50% travel expected. - Represent the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) program and the PM Force Protection Systems (FPS) Program Office to the military installation (site), and the ICIDS installation contractor, from pre-site survey through the operations and sustainment for the ICIDS installation. - Act as the interface/intermediary between these organizations and as the Program Office Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the sites assigned. - Arrange site meetings/visits, participate in conference calls and design reviews with the site and installation contractor. - Confer with the installation contractor’s site manager and Site Points of Contact (POCs) on a weekly basis and report results to the ICIDS Assistant Product Manager (APM). - Coordinate with the site principals for installation updates, issues encountered during fielding, testing, and sustainment. - Review Government Cost Estimates for the installation and prepare Technical Evaluations of price estimates for the site installation and subsequent modifications. - Review and assess technical, cost, and schedule data.
