• Manage and optimize the CRM, ensuring data quality and an organized sales funnel; • Build and monitor dashboards, reports, and sales performance metrics; • Support the sales operation in standardizing and continuously improving sales processes; • Develop and implement automations and AI-powered solutions to increase the sales team's productivity; • Support leadership in tracking pipeline, forecasts, and results; • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure an efficient and scalable operation.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related areas;
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot and/or RD Station;
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analyzing sales metrics;
  • Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail;
  • Interest in and knowledge of AI applied to sales, automations, and process optimization;
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
