Network Technical Support Analyst – Mid-level

• Manage and monitor telecommunications systems and networks, identifying and preventing events that may cause slowdowns, instability, or downtime. • Administer and monitor clients' networks, ensuring performance, security, and availability. • Analyze data traffic to identify patterns, trends, bottlenecks, failures, and potential threats. • Perform medium-complexity configurations on routers, switches, antennas, servers, and other network devices. • Configure IP addresses, VLANs, security policies, static and dynamic routing, among other features. • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to connectivity, infrastructure, and network performance. • Provide customer support and technical assistance via phone, email, and WhatsApp. • Log, track, resolve, and close tickets, keeping information complete and up to date. • Execute software and firmware updates, security patches, and technical reviews. • Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, IP records, configurations, and security policies. • Build test environments, develop test cases, and carry out medium-complexity simulations. • Evaluate new technologies, analyze products, and support system deployments. • Manage network resources, access profiles, and security controls. • Share knowledge, mentor new colleagues, and participate in technical forums and discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma with accompanying certified qualification courses (minimum 200 hours), or a completed bachelor's or technology degree.
  • Mandatory courses and certifications: Mikrotik MTCNA, Mikrotik MTCRE, ITIL.
  • 1–2 years of experience providing customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support for telecommunications networks.
  • Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
  • Proficiency in static and dynamic routing, especially OSPF.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic technology.
  • Proficiency with Zabbix and Grafana systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting ability, organization, and technical communication.
