Senior Benefits & Compensation Analyst

• Support high-volume Total Rewards operations across benefits administration, compensation programs, and job architecture. • Independently triage incoming requests, assess urgency, navigate complex issues. • Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines. • Manage day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefits programs. • Resolve complex eligibility, enrollment, and claims issues. • Serve as escalation point for urgent employee concerns. • Support compensation programs including salary actions, job evaluations, and market analysis. • Draft and maintain job descriptions in partnership with HRBPs and leaders. • Support geographic pay practices, territory-based roles, and incentive programs. • Manage a high volume of requests through ticketing or case management systems. • Maintain visibility for stakeholders on request status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of prior experience in benefits and/or compensation
- HRIS experience (UKG preferred; ADP, Workday, or similar platforms acceptable)
- Benefits administration systems and carrier platforms
- Experience managing eligibility files and data feeds (including EDI/834 files)
- Compensation data management and reporting
- Experience supporting geographic pay structures and incentive programs
- Proficiency in job description documentation and job architecture tools
- Experience with ticketing or case management systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Experience in data auditing and reconciliation across multiple systems
- Experience with reporting and dashboard preparation for leadership
- Experience in document management and workflow tracking tools
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
