• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues for core systems, internal developments, and vendor integrations • Assist in designing, testing, and documenting configuration solutions and evaluating departmental workflows for better efficiency • Participate in the full software lifecycle, from defining project scope and gathering requirements to implementing tactical plan projects • Help interpret policy changes from DHCS, DMHC, and CMS to ensure our systems remain compliant • Generate operational and system reports to keep leadership informed on system health and performance • Act as a technical resource for staff, developing training materials and facilitating sessions to ensure the team is proficient in our core systems

• Work with the Plan Automation team to review various inventory types • Support internal/external remediation projects and automation enhancement testing • Provide process-oriented support based on inquiries from analysts and leads • Assist in the development of frontline analysts through coaching, feedback, and reporting analytics • Collaborate with management on process improvement initiatives • Communicate effectively with business partners regarding process enhancements

• Support interdisciplinary planning teams with visitor use studies and data analysis • Prepare analytical summaries, datasets, charts, and written findings • Support public engagement activities and maintain organized datasets • Assist with project coordination tasks and prepare planning documents

• Administer, maintain and evolve the Veeam Backup & Replication environment • Act as the technical owner for solution architecture and tuning • Perform advanced performance troubleshooting (CPU, proxy, network, target, repository) • Diagnose and resolve structural bottlenecks in large-scale environments • Design and validate sizing for: - Proxies - Repositories - SOBR (Scale-Out Backup Repository) - Tasks and concurrency • Implement and optimize protection for: - Microsoft SQL Server (Standalone, Cluster, AlwaysOn) - High-frequency log backup - Application-aware processing • Structure repository segregation and policies for critical workloads • Review and optimize retention policies (GFS, Synthetic Full, Active Full) • Implement Fast Clone best practices (ReFS / XFS) • Plan and validate Disaster Recovery strategies • Execute periodic recovery tests (VM, granular SQL, Instant Recovery) • Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies • Support technical audits • Document architecture, workflows and capacity planning • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security and Project teams
