• Support the tactical rollout of the unified Fuze Health brand across internal and external materials, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity • Assist with rebranding key assets and digital platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external partners • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels to support brand awareness and demand generation initiatives • Create and manage content across multiple formats, including newsletters, marketing collateral, web copy, and social media posts • Maintain and update the marketing and communications calendar to ensure consistent and timely messaging across client- and market-facing channels • Plan and execute logistics for trade shows, webinars, and the annual client conference, ensuring strong brand representation and a seamless attendee experience • Support client engagement programs such as quarterly webinars and branded promotional items for clients and prospects • Assist with execution of the annual marketing plan and help track budgets for events, advertising, and sponsorships • Create and update internal marketing assets and presentations to support cross-functional teams and reinforce brand consistency • Manage content updates and user access for the client portal, coordinating with developers to ensure content remains current and on-brand

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within healthcare, health-tech, or life sciences
  • Experience supporting a corporate rebrand or maintaining brand standards across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with core marketing functions, including email marketing, events, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and webinar tools (e.g., ON24)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with vendors or agencies is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

You are accountable for driving pipeline velocity, defining investment strategy, and establishing the operational rigor required to win in complex government and educational accounts. This is a role for a seasoned marketing leader who understands the unique procurement cycles and stakeholder dynamics of the Public Sector. You will look beyond individual tactics to build scalable marketing "plays" that resonate with government decision-makers, ensuring Smartsheet maintains a world-class presence that drives measurable revenue impact across the SLED landscape. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Field Marketing and can be based in our Bellevue, WA office or remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer. What You’ll Do: - Drive SLED Pipeline & Engagement: Achieve account and segment pipeline and engagement goals through targeted marketing strategies and tactics tailored to the unique requirements of State, Local, and Education entities. - Own Public Sector Segment Strategy: Align marketing investment directly to SLED revenue targets, pipeline gaps, and regional sales priorities, ensuring compliance with government marketing standards. - Deliver Regional Event Excellence: Align with global customer marketing to create and deliver a regional customer event and campaign program—including government-specific forums and user groups—that meets regional pipeline, awareness, and customer upsell objectives. - Orchestrate Sales Alignment: Establish and lead regular pipeline inspection cadences with Public Sector Sales leadership to identify coverage gaps, track conversion, and course-correct investments in real-time. - Develop Scalable Playbooks: Create and pilot multi-dimensional program templates—such as executive roundtables for government leaders and SLED-focused summits—that can be scaled as "playbooks" for the broader field marketing team. - Master Full-Funnel Accountability: Partner cross-functionally with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and SDR leadership to ensure the field has the messaging (centered on security, compliance, and efficiency) needed to accelerate deals at every stage. - Maintain Operational Rigor: Manage complex regional budgets with precision and maintain high standards of data integrity within Salesforce and Tableau, ensuring all activities are tied to measurable ROI. - Ignite a Culture of Inclusivity: Foster an environment that recognizes the diverse strengths individuals bring to the team to promote engagement and innovative marketing strategies.
