• Partner with the CEO and CUO to develop and execute the overall distribution strategy for Hamilton Select. • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the evolution of digital distribution capabilities to enhance broker engagement and accessibility. • Align Hamilton Select’s E&S appetite with targeted broker teams and offices nationwide, ensuring high-impact distribution focus. • Strengthen and manage relationships with brokers at all organizational levels, ensuring connectivity and meaningful engagement. • Facilitate consistent and productive interactions between underwriting teams and distribution partners. • Partner with underwriting leaders and key brokers to establish profit and production targets. • Monitor performance against goals; proactively identify opportunities and areas needing intervention. • Serve as a primary Hamilton Select’s brand ambassador, increasing visibility and positioning the organization as a market leader. • Coordinate Hamilton Select’s attendance and presence at key industry events (e.g., WSIA, PLUS).

Job Requirements

  • Prior underwriting experience is required.
  • Strong background in the E&S/Wholesale market with a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Established and respected relationships with Wholesale/E&S brokers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking capabilities.
