Who We're Looking For We are looking for a proven enterprise seller who has built and scaled their own book of business through proactive prospecting and strategic account development. This leader thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and understands how to connect strategy, analytics, and activation into measurable growth outcomes. They are not reliant on inbound leads and have a demonstrated track record of originating and closing new enterprise relationships. The ideal candidate blends disciplined sales execution with strong AI-enabled revenue practices. Responsibilities - Originate and build new enterprise accounts. Proactively prospect, develop, and convert qualified opportunities to build a sustainable personal book of business. - Build and manage a qualified pipeline. Demonstrate ownership of lead generation, qualification, and early-stage deal shaping. - Lead complex pursuits end-to-end. Shape deal strategy, align cross-functional experts, and manage buying committees through close. - Drive opportunities through close. Take ownership of advancing qualified deals to contract signature by managing objections, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining momentum through final negotiation stages. - Execute disciplined pipeline management. Maintain forecasting rigor and measurable progression across multi-quarter sales cycles. - Leverage AI for prospecting and qualification. Use AI-driven research, prospecting, opportunity qualification, deal framing, proposal development, and opportunity framing to increase efficiency and win rates.
