Junior Technical Support Analyst, API

GrooveTech

• Handle medium-complexity support tickets independently and assist with high-complexity cases as needed. • Conduct technical meetings with clients to discuss API and integration-related issues. • Analyze and validate tickets before escalating to the Engineering team. • Perform troubleshooting on integrations, APIs, and communication flows between systems. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to monitor and resolve incidents. • Participate in continuous improvement projects, automations, and development of internal training. • Document technical solutions, maintaining high-quality information in tickets. • Recommend improvements to processes and operational workflows. • Ensure compliance with quality metrics and SLAs.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of programming and software development, with the ability to perform technical diagnostics and create small proofs of concept (PoCs).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and ability to read technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases (primarily SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of network protocols, especially HTTP.
  • Experience with support and ticketing tools such as Zendesk and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills for leading technical meetings with clients.
  • Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented.
  • Basic English proficiency is a plus.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development (from the 2nd semester onward).
  • Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
