• Provide support and ensure the reliability of datacenter environments • Perform advanced troubleshooting on critical infrastructure • Monitor and ensure the availability of environments • Work with physical servers and administer operating systems • Support high-severity incidents and conduct root cause analysis • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams • Identify improvements in performance, stability, and observability • Support technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Monitorar ambientes utilizando ferramentas de observabilidade como Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog ou New Relic. • Identificar e responder a alertas de forma ágil, garantindo o correto direcionamento dos incidentes. • Realizar troubleshooting básico em servidores Windows e Linux (acesso remoto, logs, serviços, performance). • Registrar, categorizar e acompanhar chamados técnicos em ferramentas ITSM (ex: Jira, GLPI, ServiceNow). • Apoiar o time em gestão de crise: participação em pontes de incidente, follow-ups e status updates. • Atualizar documentação técnica e contribuir com melhorias nos procedimentos operacionais.

• Act as the technical observability lead for high-criticality environments. • Manage and evolve solutions such as Datadog, Zabbix, and Grafana. • Implement and optimize APM practices, UX monitoring, traces, metrics, and logs. • Use Azure Monitor and Azure Logs for troubleshooting and event correlation. • Design and implement alert integrations via PagerDuty. • Create and maintain playbooks and runbooks for incident response. • Support root cause analysis and define preventive actions together with infrastructure and application teams.

• Create and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring full coverage (Backend and Frontend). • Apply the Test Pyramid and Shift-Left Testing practices to identify defects early. • Document and track bugs in Jira, validate fixes in retests and ensure quality in production. • Implement and maintain automation scripts within modern frameworks, using BDD to align technical and business scenarios. • Perform SQL queries for data validation and analyze logs for troubleshooting. • Participate in the QA Chapter, supporting the Tech Lead and proposing continuous improvements to processes.
