Workday HCM Support Analyst
Consumer Direct Care Network
• Support the Workday team grow and improve their skills • Help coworkers with solving problems and making decisions • Help others and perform daily tasks and operations • Report on project and personal work progress and complete assignments on time • Suggest ways to improve systems and processes with colleagues • Use and understand different Workday modules • Help others learn and use Workday better • Showcases problem-solving and decision-making skills • Exhibit effective written and verbal communication at both a technical and simplified level • Demonstrate interest and ability to read and understand data to identify trends • Ensure prompt response on ticket and request resolution within agreed-upon time frames and look for reoccurring themes for improvement feedback • Support team members by sharing knowledge to help them develop their skills • Support and encourage accurate change management process documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices • Support applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures • Offer technical and functional support for different Workday SKUs by assisting with troubleshooting issues, identifying system errors, setting up basic configurations, generating reports, following audit plans, and helping implement solutions • Engage in ongoing Workday relationships, and relevant memberships within Workday Community, User Groups and Conferences • Participate in Workday releases, identify impacts associated with a new release and conduct regression testing for the required changes as new releases are introduced • Engage with cross functional teams to identify system enhancements and recommended process improvements while translating these recommendations into new system designs • Participate in testing configuration, and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements • Attend meetings with key stakeholders to create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases while incorporating proper processes and procedures as standards • Participate in, or coordinate user training sessions and develop training materials for end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of system functionality, processes, and procedures • Ability to multitask and the awareness skills on when to reprioritize • After-hours’ work as needed • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in an IT support environment specifically supporting custom applications
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Workday Certified preferred
- Proficiency in MS suite
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Able to work flexible or extended hours as needed, to meet the job requirements
- This is a remote position, and the employee must have reliable Internet service
