• Ensure exceptional customer readiness by owning insights and reporting related to onboarding, inquiry resolution, and process clarification designed to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance. • Manage customer interaction data, documentation accuracy, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination while driving consistent service delivery. • Leverage AI as a force multiplier to enhance response speed, decision quality, workflow efficiency, knowledge accessibility, and continuous improvement through intelligent automation and actionable insights. • Balance compliance, quality, and customer experience while supporting scalable operations in a hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B pharmacy environment. • Measure end-to-end customer onboarding activities, validate required information, identify process efficiencies, educate stakeholders, and ensure seamless transitions into operational workflows. • Partner with business stakeholders to scope analytical questions and translate them into structured analyses, applying AI for improved accuracy and decision-making. • Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and cohort studies, to measure the impact of product or business changes. • Build predictive or diagnostic models, identifying business opportunities and risks through data exploration and analysis. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and reliability for analysis. • Continuously evaluate onboarding workflows, documentation standards, and customer interactions for improvement opportunities. Utilize AI for efficiency and quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience writing complex queries against large datasets.
- Experience using statistical or analytical tools, such as Python or R, for advanced analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to design and interpret experiments, including A/B testing and basic causal inference.
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear findings and recommendations.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and independently scoping work from loosely defined business questions.
- Experience presenting findings directly to nontechnical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital collaboration tools to support customer service excellence.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity, documentation, analytical, or customer support technologies to improve service quality and operational efficiency preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.

Role Description Milliman’s CMH Health Practice is looking for current college students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in math, finance, pharmacy, computer science, economics, statistics, or related major with quantitative coursework to partake in a Fall pharmacy analytics internship. This is a full-time, temporary internship from September to December 2026. In this role, the Pharmacy Analytics Intern will work in a fast-growing area of the Health practice by helping support our pharmacy group in helping clients navigate the complex industry and provide data-driven solutions that can improve or lower the cost of care. - Review pharmacy claims data. - Input data elements into various clinical and financial forecasting models. - Engage with a variety of internal colleagues for support, learning, and mentorship. Qualifications - Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in math, finance, pharmacy, computer science, economics, statistics, or related major with quantitative coursework. - Recent graduates will also be considered. - Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare claims is preferred. - Familiarity with pharmacy reimbursement in the United States. - Strong technical skills, including experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Requirements - Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from September to December 2026.
