• Own inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat — responding promptly, professionally, and with measurable impact on customer satisfaction. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex platform questions and helping them get maximum value from Rentvine's features. • Create, manage, update, and resolve support tickets with accurate documentation and timely follow-through. • Consistently meet or exceed established SLAs, CSAT targets, and team KPIs. • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve software, accounting, and workflow-related issues with a structured, methodical approach. • Identify recurring issues and escalate complex or high-impact cases to Tier 2 or Engineering with clear, thorough context. • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Rentvine's platform, including accounting modules, reporting tools, integrations, and operational workflows. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base, internal SOPs, and customer-facing help content.

Role Description As a pivotal contributor to Ford’s Responsible AI program, you will directly impact how we operationalize ethical standards and regulatory requirements when implementing AI at Ford. This versatile role empowers you to manage the full lifecycle of AI risk assessments, from initial intake to final approval. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Ford’s AI intake and assessment process. - Managing and maintaining the enterprise AI risk assessment inventory. - Leading the tracking and reporting of AI governance workflows. - Utilizing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools, including OneTrust. - Serving as a core coordinator between GDIA (Global Data Insight & Analytics), Legal, and Privacy teams. Qualifications - 5 years of relevant experience in project management, data governance, and/or legal operations. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows. - Experience maintaining detailed documentation, inventories, or audit-ready records. - Proficiency in OneTrust, with experience configuring assessment templates. - Comfortable with new technologies, including a fundamental understanding of AI/ML concepts.
