Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 8+ years of progressive database administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- 2+ years of hands-on DBA experience with MongoDB, MySQL (or) MariaDB
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Description This position supports data analysis and SAP HANA database administration efforts under ASRC Federal’s CECOM SETA Support within the PEO EIS MSP. The PEO EIS MSP ensures that the U.S. Army’s data and databases are efficiently managed and secure. As a Data Analyst Senior (SAP HANA DBA), you will be responsible for managing SAP HANA databases, ensuring their performance, reliability, and security while supporting data sourcing, integration, and analysis tasks. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business management, marketing, administration, information technology, or a closely related field. An advanced degree is preferred. - 5 years minimum experience working with data, including data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration, within the last 7 years. - 3 years minimum professional business experience developing Tableau applications, dashboards, and data models within the last 5 years. This experience may be concurrent with the above experience. - Strong SQL skills to query SAP HANA (SQL) databases. - 2 years of experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx is preferred. - 2 years minimum Business Intelligence experience, including experience with data sourcing, data integration, and data quality projects within the last 5 years.
