• Lead the **design, development, implementation, and maintenance** of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across the contract. • Serve as the **subject matter expert (SME)** for Power Platform and Microsoft O365 configuration within assigned areas of expertise. • Design and develop solutions using: - **Power Apps** (Canvas and Model-Driven) - **Power Automate** (cloud and desktop flows) - **Power BI** (dashboards, reports, data modeling, and analytics) - **SharePoint Online** (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and integrations) • Ensure SharePoint and Power Platform solutions are: - Visually professional and consistent with organizational branding - Optimized for usability, accessibility, and user experience - Scalable, secure, sustainable, and compliant with governance standards • Provide **technical leadership and mentorship**, offering guidance on design decisions, troubleshooting, enhancements, and best practices. • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality solutions that support clinical workflows. • Ensure delivered solutions meet **quality standards**, are clinically acceptable, and align with organizational and contractual requirements. • Establish and enforce **standards, documentation, and governance practices** for Power Platform and SharePoint development. • Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing solutions.

• Keep Partly reliable and secure by participating in on-call rotation alongside the SRE team. • Own security incident response planning and testing. • Lead post-incident reviews for security-related incidents. • Build security event monitoring and alerting. • Prepare for and pass security audits (ISO 27001, future SOC 2). • Maintain continuous compliance. • Respond to enterprise customer security questionnaires. • Implement principle of least privilege across the stack. • Drive network segmentation and zero-trust progress. • Own the vulnerability triage process and coordinate remediation with service owners.

• Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure across EC2, S3, Redshift, IAM, VPC, subnets, and networking components • Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure as code in CloudFormation and Terraform, enhancing and correcting configurations • Manage DevOps operations including CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment troubleshooting • Implement and uphold security best practices, including identity and access management, least privilege, and secure configuration standards • Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization, cost, and performance, recommending improvements for reliability and efficiency • Take ownership of infrastructure tasks, driving them to completion with clear communication of status and risks • Proactively resolve infrastructure issues, including incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive actions • Document infrastructure configurations, operational procedures, and runbooks to boost team effectiveness and reduce risk • Provide occasional support for GCP-based infrastructure and services • Collaborate with engineering, security, and IT partners to deliver stable platform capabilities and enhance developer experience

• Design, build, operate, and support the company’s Kubernetes platform across on-premises and multiple cloud environments. • Ensure a reliable, standardized Kubernetes runtime that integrates with the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), enabling application teams to deploy and operate services independently. • Own cluster lifecycle management: provisioning, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code: Terraform modules, cluster bootstrap and configuration automation. • Implement and operate GitOps workflows for platform components. • Integrate Kubernetes capabilities into the Internal Developer Platform (IDP): standard cluster and namespace patterns, approved ingress, secrets, and observability integrations. • Participate in a rotational on-call/support model for platform-level incidents. • Troubleshoot Kubernetes platform issues and improve reliability. • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards. • Collaborate with IDP, application support, infrastructure, and security team.
