Power Platform Developer

• Lead the **design, development, implementation, and maintenance** of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across the contract. • Serve as the **subject matter expert (SME)** for Power Platform and Microsoft O365 configuration within assigned areas of expertise. • Design and develop solutions using: - **Power Apps** (Canvas and Model-Driven) - **Power Automate** (cloud and desktop flows) - **Power BI** (dashboards, reports, data modeling, and analytics) - **SharePoint Online** (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and integrations) • Ensure SharePoint and Power Platform solutions are: - Visually professional and consistent with organizational branding - Optimized for usability, accessibility, and user experience - Scalable, secure, sustainable, and compliant with governance standards • Provide **technical leadership and mentorship**, offering guidance on design decisions, troubleshooting, enhancements, and best practices. • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality solutions that support clinical workflows. • Ensure delivered solutions meet **quality standards**, are clinically acceptable, and align with organizational and contractual requirements. • Establish and enforce **standards, documentation, and governance practices** for Power Platform and SharePoint development. • Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relative field
  • Must have experience in SharePoint design that incorporates visual professionalism and maximizes user experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience serving in a leadership role designing, implementation, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
