• Coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. • Be the Point of contact for everything involving a project's delivery. • Triage complex technical issues across backend systems and services, utilizing a strong understanding of underlying data flows to analyze systemic impacts, assess severity, and manage the engineering escalation pipeline. • Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on production anomalies and compile comprehensive post-incident technical reports. • Write and execute custom SQL queries on SQL Server databases to extract, validate, and analyze complex operational datasets. • Conduct cross-system data validation to ensure structural accuracy, integrity, and completeness of core project deliverables. • Oversee system deployments and operational maintenance windows in close alignment with developers and systems engineering teams. • Drive management tracking and execution in Jira, actively managing the backlog, tracking active sprints, and reporting delivery status. • Translate complex technical findings and system constraints into clear, actionable insights for non-technical leadership. • Author configuration control documents in collaboration with Systems Engineers to maintain strict architectural versioning. • Map technical and operational processes to build structural runbooks and architecture documentation repositories. • Optimize Confluence knowledge bases to ensure reference materials are current, organized, and easily searchable.

• Work in lock-step with other Network TPMs, DWDM engineers, ITDC teams, Network Procurement, and Construction departments to ensure cohesive project execution. • Partner with the site selection team to evaluate connectivity feasibility and lead the technical validation of long-haul wave proposals and dark fiber options. • Act as the technical lead for fiber pathway architecture and oversee the design of manhole placements, conduit systems, and site entry points. • Collaborate with engineering teams on the layout of Point of Entry (POE) and Meet-Me Rooms (MMR). • Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional/Continental ISPs, private dark fiber owners, and utility providers. • Collaborate with Network Procurement on RFx process and lead negotiations for IRU agreements and long-term leases. • Coordinate with fiber owners to secure necessary rack space, power, and environmental resources within ILA sites. • Maintain internal databases of fiber/connectivity routes, including rigorous management of KMZ/KML files. • Utilize AutoCAD to review, modify, and create site infrastructure and conduit design plans.

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead on Corrigo and other variable technology implementation projects, flexing across multiple clients and time zones spanning the US and EMEA • Engage with stakeholders and ensure that the requirements documentation covers their needs, applying SDLC principles across the implementation lifecycle • Perform high quality project management with strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication (project framework, minutes, status updates, risk management plan, steering meetings) • Maintain project scope and budget throughout delivery • Drive financial forecasting metrics such as project forecast, burn down reports, estimate to completion, and weekly timecard analysis against planned hour forecast • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program and project risks • Ensure project documentation is complete and provides the key metrics client leadership needs to make informed decisions • Facilitate regular meetings with end users across regions and time zones to assess adoption, identify pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoption • Support continuous improvement mechanisms so tools continually evolve to improve end user experience and adoption • Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders, bringing a consultative approach, and sharing information around best practices and market trends to help drive stakeholder decision-making.

Lead negotiations for IRU agreements, long-term leases, and MOFN service structures. • Coordinate with fiber owners to secure necessary rack space, power, and environmental resources within ILA sites. • Maintain internal databases of fiber/connectivity routes, including rigorous management of KMZ/KML files. • Utilize AutoCAD to review, modify, and create site infrastructure and conduit design plans, ensuring accurate documentation of physical plant deployments.
