• Serve as the primary client-facing lead on Corrigo and other variable technology implementation projects, flexing across multiple clients and time zones spanning the US and EMEA • Engage with stakeholders and ensure that the requirements documentation covers their needs, applying SDLC principles across the implementation lifecycle • Perform high quality project management with strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication (project framework, minutes, status updates, risk management plan, steering meetings) • Maintain project scope and budget throughout delivery • Drive financial forecasting metrics such as project forecast, burn down reports, estimate to completion, and weekly timecard analysis against planned hour forecast • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program and project risks • Ensure project documentation is complete and provides the key metrics client leadership needs to make informed decisions • Facilitate regular meetings with end users across regions and time zones to assess adoption, identify pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoption • Support continuous improvement mechanisms so tools continually evolve to improve end user experience and adoption • Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders, bringing a consultative approach, and sharing information around best practices and market trends to help drive stakeholder decision-making.

• Work in lock-step with other Network TPMs, DWDM engineers, ITDC teams, Network Procurement, and Construction departments to ensure cohesive project execution. • Partner with the site selection team to evaluate connectivity feasibility. Lead the technical validation of long-haul wave proposals and dark fiber options to inform Datacenter and PoP selections. • Act as the technical lead for fiber pathway architecture from the "0 manhole" to the internal access panels. Oversee the design of manhole placements, conduit systems, and site entry points to ensure optimal route diversity. • Collaborate with engineering teams on the layout of Point of Entry (POE) and Meet-Me Rooms (MMR), ensuring space, power, and structural readiness for high-capacity, multi-carrier fiber and MOFN arrivals. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional/ Continental ISPs, private dark fiber owners, and utility providers. • Collaborate with Network Procurement on RFx process for last-mile, middle-mile, and long-haul capacity. Lead negotiations for IRU agreements, long-term leases, and MOFN service structures. • Coordinate with fiber owners to secure necessary rack space, power, and environmental resources within ILA sites. • Maintain internal databases of fiber/connectivity routes, including rigorous management of KMZ/KML files. • Utilize AutoCAD to review, modify, and create site infrastructure and conduit design plans, ensuring accurate documentation of physical plant deployments.

Role Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, as the Engineering Project Manager, Manufacturing you'll oversee engineering projects, with varying levels of complexity, from conception to completion. You'll manage all aspects of project safety, scope development, cost estimates, regular cost forecasts and schedule. We ask that you have a strong technical background, demonstrated through previous experience in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry, excellent project management skills, and the experience to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring agreement on our goals. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate, collaborate and provide technical guidance to internal cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance. - Externally, collaborate with equipment vendors, construction contractors and engineering services. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. - Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, USDA/FDA regulations, and best practices. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or 8 years of equivalent project leadership experience with increasing responsibility in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry. - 4+ years of direct project leadership experience with increasing responsibility. - 4+ years of food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing or CPG manufacturing experience. - Experience with engineering project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects of at least $5 million. - Technical background and understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, at multiple plant locations. - This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, select field locations or remote locations east of Denver, CO and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport. - Travel is variable depending on project timing and averages 50% (predominantly Monday – Friday). • Manage the day-to-day delivery of software development, application modernization, cloud, data, systems integration, and digital transformation projects. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, release roadmaps, resource plans, sprint plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and status reports. • Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. • Coordinate the work of developers, architects, business analysts, quality assurance specialists, DevOps engineers, data professionals, vendors, and subcontractors. • Work with product owners and client stakeholders to define priorities, clarify requirements, manage the backlog, and establish achievable delivery commitments. • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and contractual obligations. • Identify delivery challenges early, develop corrective action plans, and escalate material risks with clear recommendations. • Facilitate communication among client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and Allwyn leadership. • Prepare and present project status reports, executive briefings, governance materials, meeting minutes, decision logs, and other client deliverables. • Ensure compliance with applicable contracts, statements of work, service-level expectations, security requirements, and client governance processes. • Support project financial management, including resource forecasting, utilization, budget tracking, invoice validation, and subcontractor coordination. • Coordinate testing, release readiness, production deployment, transition, and post-production support activities. • Support proposals, project estimates, staffing plans, oral presentations, and transition activities for new engagements.
