• Process and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices, flagging discrepancies, duplicate charges, or unusual amounts before payment is approved • Draft job quotes and proposals based on project specifications and builder direction • Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs under the supervision of a qualified estimator • Prepare and submit credit applications, supplier account forms, and other project-related documentation • Maintain and update project trackers, job files, and cost records • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on administrative matters as required • Support general ad hoc administration across active projects

• Executive Delivery Management: Manage the executive team’s task backlog, ensuring every initiative is prioritized according to the company’s strategic goals; • Tech & Creative Synergy: Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows for Technical and Creative departments. Your goal is to standardize delivery and eliminate bottlenecks; • Strategic Reporting: Organize high-level meetings, prepare progress reports for founders, and ensure transparency across all key milestones; • Cross-departmental Orchestration: Act as the central nervous system of the company, ensuring seamless communication between Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing; • Process Optimization: Audit existing processes and implement best practices to improve overall operational efficiency.

• Responsible for the development of solar, solar + storage and energy storage projects • Manage all aspects of solar and solar+energy storage project development • Support and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions • Communicate and sync cross-functionally • Identify and implement creative project development approaches • Manage development services agreements • Work with finance department during feasibility analysis • Manage project budgets, objectives, schedules, and deliverables • Travel to site locations to meet with landowners • Negotiate agreements • Engage community and local/state/federal institutions for project support • Secure permits and ensure environmental compliance • Provide market intelligence feedback to the M&A team

• Provide project management oversight, in partnership with a project engineer, upon transfer from Sales by interacting with customers, internal colleagues, and third party system integrators • Coordinate cross-functional group activities, track dependencies • Drive project success through instrumental management of team-wide processes, project implementation, schedules, and budgets • Follow existing deployment processes, identify process improvements, document specific process/project requirements for customers, store types, local regulations • Diligently maintain all records in a central repository for ease of reference during and after deployment • Review project plans, collect survey information, review quotes from 3rd parties systems integrators, set expectations for project timelines and budgets, coordinate hardware needs, track all milestones and hand offs of responsibilities throughout the project • Utilize strong influence and persuasion skills to reset expectations to project changes as needed - across all parties • Coordinate communication between parties regarding installation and technical issue identification, resolution, and documentation during deployment process • Integrate all internal and external schedules with the overall project schedule to ensure client satisfaction and on time delivery • Successfully confirm customer acceptance of finished projects and transfer internal responsibilities for ongoing support, training, network monitoring, and customer success • Resolve all warranty issues, excess hardware returns, final invoice from supplies, and provide accurate data for customer billing • Provide feedback on the performance of suppliers, integrators, and internal processes • Coordinating post-deployment repair and maintenance activities as needed
