Project Development Manager

Primergy

• Responsible for the development of solar, solar + storage and energy storage projects • Manage all aspects of solar and solar+energy storage project development • Support and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions • Communicate and sync cross-functionally • Identify and implement creative project development approaches • Manage development services agreements • Work with finance department during feasibility analysis • Manage project budgets, objectives, schedules, and deliverables • Travel to site locations to meet with landowners • Negotiate agreements • Engage community and local/state/federal institutions for project support • Secure permits and ensure environmental compliance • Provide market intelligence feedback to the M&A team

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in North America energy infrastructure development
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with project development
  • Preference for solar development and energy storage development experience
  • Data Center Siting and/or Data Center development experience preferred
