• Support the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of supply agreements for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across North America. • Manage procurement activities associated with photovoltaic modules, utility-scale inverters, main power transformers, and high-voltage breakers. • Work closely with Development, Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Construction teams to manage procurement processes.

• Responsible for the development of solar, solar + storage and energy storage projects • Manage all aspects of solar and solar+energy storage project development • Support and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions • Communicate and sync cross-functionally • Identify and implement creative project development approaches • Manage development services agreements • Work with finance department during feasibility analysis • Manage project budgets, objectives, schedules, and deliverables • Travel to site locations to meet with landowners • Negotiate agreements • Engage community and local/state/federal institutions for project support • Secure permits and ensure environmental compliance • Provide market intelligence feedback to the M&A team

• Manage executed procurement contracts prior to turnover to Project Execution Team. • Establish a tracking system for open order management and milestone achievements. • Procure high voltage breakers and other high voltage equipment as required by project specifications. • Create supplier performance metrics for objective performance of active agreements. • Provide market intelligence feedback to the Operations team and larger organization. • Support relationship building programs with new and existing suppliers. • Assist with executive team and board material approvals for new purchase agreements or amendments. • Manage equipment storage when applicable.
