Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting
  • JD from an accredited US law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state where you reside

What You’ll Do: Learn the fundamentals of venture banking and credit underwriting by supporting the Banking and Credit teams on new and existing client relationships. Assist with financial analysis by spreading financial statements, reviewing borrower information, and helping draft sections of credit and deal memoranda.
