Job Requirements
- 3+ years managing engineering teams in a product company (not agency or outsourcing).
- Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives.
- Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks (career ladders, development plans, learning paths).
- Ability to proactively identify problems, drive initiatives end-to-end, and make decisions even with incomplete information.
- Strong ability to prioritize, execute on high-impact initiatives, and communicate when bandwidth is limited.
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian.
