Marketing Manager
Vee Technologies
• Track and analyze basic marketing performance metrics such as leads, website traffic, email engagement, and campaign results • Assist with creating regular reports and dashboards for the marketing team • Help maintain data accuracy across marketing and CRM systems • Compile and organize data from multiple sources for analysis • Assist with basic market and competitor research • Help organize customer and prospect data for segmentation and targeting • Support analysis of buyer behavior and engagement patterns • Support marketing campaigns by monitoring performance and identifying trends or areas for improvement • Assist with email, digital, website, and content performance analysis • Help track leads and marketing activity through the sales funnel • Support A/B testing and simple marketing experiments • Work closely with marketing team members to support day‑to‑day marketing activities • Partner with sales or operations teams to share insights and reports • Learn and apply best practices in marketing analytics and reporting tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing environment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track leads, campaigns, and marketing activity
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including email, website, social media, and integrated campaigns
- Graphic design skills, with experience creating and updating basic marketing assets (e.g., presentations, email graphics, one-pagers, or social visuals) using Canva or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and best practices.
