Role Description This position is responsible for maintaining strong positive relationships with customers through project management, equipment installation services, and ongoing preventative and repair maintenance of lubricant storage solutions. This position allows for a remote work schedule from a home office located in Wisconsin with travel by car or plane up to 60% of the time. - Management of Equipment Solutions for AMSOIL Customers (60%) - Identify and manage vendors for equipment supply options for storage, transfer, and containment of AMSOIL products. - Project management for customer-related equipment needs, from design support through customer approval. - Be on-site for all equipment installations, perform installation services where possible, and oversee 3rd party installers as required. - Manage detailed records of equipment installations. - Respond to customer needs related to equipment for preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement. - Perform equipment repairs as required at customer sites. - Management of 3rd Party Delivery Service Partners (30%) - Identify 3rd party distribution partners for effective delivery of AMSOIL products to support OEM, Industrial, and Private Label customers. - Participate in the negotiation of delivery fees and contract agreements. - Perform periodic on-site inventory audits at stocking distributor locations. - Facilitate monthly inventory reconciliation activities with all distribution partners. - Troubleshoot delivery problems and recommend solutions for recurring delivery issues. - Represent AMSOIL professionally in all partner relationships. - Continuous Improvement (10%) - Monitor and optimize customer delivery programs to increase reliability, control costs, and deliver overall improvement in the supply systems. - Report to division leadership on project status, performance KPIs of partners, and strategies for the future.
