• Helps improve system efficiencies and troubleshoots enterprise systems issues • Delivers new functionality to business units and members • Partners with the business units to improve the member experience • Owns and understands assigned enterprise systems • Troubleshoots system problems, tests changes and functionality • Performs ad hoc report writing and researches system-related solutions • Manages daily workloads and serves on multiple project implementation teams • Provides technical leadership for evaluating and scoping new initiatives involving systems for the organization • Serves as a liaison to business units • Partners with systems vendors to align development roadmaps with credit union goals • Participates in special projects as directed by IT management

• Serve as a backup for day-to-day infrastructure operations, including: • PowerMax storage administration, partition setup, monitoring, and cleanup • SFTP/FTP server administration and customer or carrier account setup • Monitoring approximately 100 scheduled file-transfer processes and resolving failures, capacity issues, and other anomalies • Firewall rule changes and IP address whitelisting • Server, network, storage, security, and infrastructure incident response • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, patching, upgrades, and operational support. • Provide advanced technical support for Azure services used in the Digital Transformation program, including Azure networking, AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and related security services. • Support Azure environment configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, and operational readiness. • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, diagrams, and knowledge-transfer materials. • Participate in disaster recovery, security, and after-hours support activities when required.
