• Serve as a backup for day-to-day infrastructure operations, including: • PowerMax storage administration, partition setup, monitoring, and cleanup • SFTP/FTP server administration and customer or carrier account setup • Monitoring approximately 100 scheduled file-transfer processes and resolving failures, capacity issues, and other anomalies • Firewall rule changes and IP address whitelisting • Server, network, storage, security, and infrastructure incident response • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, patching, upgrades, and operational support. • Provide advanced technical support for Azure services used in the Digital Transformation program, including Azure networking, AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and related security services. • Support Azure environment configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, and operational readiness. • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, diagrams, and knowledge-transfer materials. • Participate in disaster recovery, security, and after-hours support activities when required.

• Perform analysis and reconciliation of AR and AP. • Review and analyze USSGL postings and account balances. • Prepare and process journal vouchers and accrual accounting entries. • Perform account reconciliations, investigate abnormal balances, and recommend corrective actions. • Perform intragovernmental transaction reconciliations and research discrepancies. • Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and related supporting schedules. • Respond to audit requests by researching transactions, preparing supporting documentation, and coordinating timely responses. • Work collaboratively with DFAS and DoW stakeholders to resolve accounting issues. • Support the Financial Reporting Team with recurring and ad hoc accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities. • Assist in evaluating, documenting, and improving internal controls over financial reporting. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and desk procedures. • Perform financial reconciliations and quality control reviews to provide reasonable assurance of the accuracy and completeness of DoW financial statements. • Analyze accounting transactions and recommend corrective actions. • Learn new financial systems, policies, and accounting requirements quickly. • Support other accounting and financial management tasks as assigned, including developing and uploading financial reports. • Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities.

• Design, develop, and implement new features that make our hosting platform faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. • Deploy and run infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and automation, because manual work doesn’t scale, and neither do shortcuts. • Operate and observe systems through real metrics: availability, latency, performance, capacity, reliability - understanding the “why” behind every graph. • Refine and tune systems to eliminate bottlenecks, simplify complexity, and improve reliability without adding overhead. • Improve monitoring and alerting, aiming to catch symptoms before they turn into outages. • Share knowledge with other engineers - guiding, reviewing, and helping raise the bar for how we build and maintain reliable systems.

• Serve as a technical representative and subject matter expert (SME) by providing on-site assessments and answers to Requests for Information • Review and comment on various MILCON C4/IT infrastructure technical planning and design documents • Translate operational requirements; manage and adjudicate conflicts • Collaborate with Project Requirements Team Lead, Project Liaisons, and stakeholders to assess and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Change (RFCs) • Review MILCON planning documents and participate in design reviews, technical and programmatic meetings, and workshops
