Role Description As a Partner Acquisition Representative, you will own prospecting and signing up new strategic integrated partnerships, including ISV, SaaS, FinTech, and PayFac partnerships in accordance with the organization’s qualification standards. This also includes attending industry trade shows, seminars, and conferences within specific industry verticals. - Drive contract negotiations with our partnerships. - Own all prospecting and acquiring of new strategic integrated partnerships. - Ensure partner’s integrated products are completed in a timely manner and include differentiated services by working closely with development services. - Expand your knowledge to prospect and obtain new partnerships by attending trade shows, conferences, and seminars within your assigned industry verticals. - Strengthen relationships by conducting onsite visits with prospective partners as an integral part of the sales cycle. Qualifications - Five or more years' experience with payment processing. - Five or more years’ experience with new business development in creating partnerships and/or enterprise level sales. - Five or more years’ experience collaborating and engaging with C level Executives. - Strong professional communication and consultative selling competencies. - Strong negotiating skills. - Excellent logic, reasoning and decision-making skills. - Willingness and ability to travel/attend seminars and meetings. Requirements - Experience using HubSpot (bonus). - SaaS sales experience (bonus). • Own full-cycle recruiting for Commence's Public Sector Growth Team from sourcing through contingent offer • Proactively source passive candidates using direct outreach, Boolean and X-ray search, AI-powered searches, referrals, and an established personal network • Build and maintain talent pipelines of functional and technical personnel with federal health IT experience • Grow a network of experienced professionals with specialized experience rooted in CMS, VA, DHA, and other health agencies • Map talent against Commence's growth strategy and active pipeline, flagging candidates who align with where the company is heading • Screen and qualify candidates against contract and proposal requirements, including labor category fit, clearance status, certifications, and past performance relevance • Monitor market trends, including competitor hiring patterns, compensation movement, clearance supply, and skill set availability • Support proposal staffing by identifying candidates against solicitation requirements on proposal timelines • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reporting for visibility into bench depth
