Qualifications - 3+ years of K-12 teaching expertise with at least 5 years of experience in education. - Experience developing and leading professional learning. - Available to travel up to 30% of the time year-round, and up to 50% of the time during high-volume delivery seasons. - Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and deliver a personalized customer experience. - Comfortable re-calibrating approach based on customer needs. - A data-driven decision-maker with pedagogical knowledge to inform customer interactions and professional development strategy. - Willingness to think outside the box to help educators integrate Newsela’s product suite into their daily instruction. - While not required, a Master's degree related to the field of education is a plus. Job Requirements
