• Program facilitation virtually and in person (some travel required) • Content creation assistance for future development programs • Ensure content adheres to industry leading adult learning principles, fostering active participation, critical thinking, and behavior change • Deliver leading-edge development programs with an engaging and holistic approach that brings out the leader in every person; emphasize self-awareness, exposure to real-world problems, and connections to people • Assist in designing and developing learning programs and content in various formats and channels (online courses, live online learning, instructor-led sessions, webinars, and social learning, etc.) • Track program participants' attendance, participation, and engagement throughout the duration of the program • Partner with field leaders to determine program graduation eligibility, post-graduation development plans, and plans for those not eligible to graduate • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure we create exceptional value for all our stakeholders: our team, program participants, field leaders, and Take 5 department leaders • Assist in working with a range of stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand learner needs, and ensure the delivery of relevant and impactful content • Assist in gathering input, feedback, and insights for actionable program improvement and expansion • Assist in completing and communicating cross-functionally regarding the evaluation framework used to assess effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives on participant awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure program nominees eligibility requirements, program outcomes and achievements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Human Resources, English, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in facilitating in-person and virtual impactful field-based learning strategies, ideally within a hospitality setting
- Strong facilitation skills in both live in-person and live-virtual environments, able to problem-solve, analyze, and effectively deliver high quality work
- Deep understanding of leadership principles and the specific and nuanced challenges for development of unit level or field-based professionals, coupled with knowledge of effective leadership development practices
- Proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and resourceful
- Experience optimizing a range of learning management technologies, e-learning tools, and virtual learning platforms
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Canva
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of stakeholders across various sectors and backgrounds
- Analytical mindset to measure learning outcomes, assess impact, and make data-driven decisions
